Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the bd75 platform. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and bd75. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms in full.
Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service on the bd75 platform, you fully accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming guidelines.

- Bd75 may request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes.
- Any changes to your account information must be updated promptly.
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You must not share your password with anyone. Any unauthorized access or activity on your account must be reported to bd75 immediately.
- Use a strong password and update it regularly.
- Users are solely responsible for all activity on their account.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd75 platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and, where applicable, legal action:
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Misuse of systems or software
- Attempting to steal another user's information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Use of bots or automated tools
- Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
Payments, transactions, and deposit & withdrawal policy
All financial transactions on bd75 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used for deposits and withdrawals. The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit is ৳50. Maximum deposit limits are set in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Deposits are accepted through approved payment methods only, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. If you experience a delay, please contact support.
Withdrawal Terms
- Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Withdrawals may not be approved if the deposited amount has not been wagered at least once.
- Bd75 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending verification in cases of suspicious transactions.
Limitation of liability, intellectual property & third-party links
While bd75 strives to deliver uninterrupted service on its platform, it shall not be held liable for any temporary service outages caused by technical issues, network disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Bd75 is not liable to provide financial compensation for the outcome of any bet or game.
- Bd75 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues.
All content on the bd75 platform — including logos, designs, software, games, text, and graphics — is either owned by or licensed to bd75.
- Reproducing or distributing any platform content without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
- Legal action will be taken for any intellectual property infringement.
The bd75 platform may contain links to third-party websites. bd75 is not responsible for the content or policies of any such external sites.

- Bd75 does not guarantee the security of information shared on third-party sites.
Account suspension and closure policy
Bd75 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or deceptive activity.
- Creating an account using false or misleading information.
- Failure to complete identity verification or submit required documents.
- Extended periods of account inactivity.
Upon account closure, any verified legitimate balance will be refunded once verification is complete. However, balances may be forfeited if the account is closed due to a breach of these Terms.

Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact

Any disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions or the bd75 platform shall be governed by applicable law. Any dispute between a user and bd75 will first be addressed through negotiation.
